Payment

Payment for your new website is required before development starts. Magnetize Consultants Ltd (‘Magnetize’) will be under no obligation to start work until this has been received.

Hosting for your new website is free for the first 6 months. After this period, a fee of £150 is payable yearly in advance. Service may be affected if payments are not made on time.

Your Website

Subject to the above, your website will normally be ready within 7 working days of Magnetize receiving all the required materials from you. However, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. If you already have a domain name you wish to use, the transfer process may delay delivery of your website. Magnetize will however make every effort to ensure this is not the case.

All rights to the assembled website are retained by Magnetize. However, all materials supplied by you and any domains registered by Magnetize, on your behalf, remain your property. Your website must be hosted with Magnetize and cannot be transferred to another provider. FTP and control panel access to your website are not available.

Rights to any stock images sourced by us for use on your website remain the property of Magnetize and cannot be used in other material.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds

If you are unhappy with the service you are receiving, you should contact Magnetize to discuss your concerns. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Therefore, if we find your concerns to be valid and thus fault with the services provided by Magnetize, an appropriate refund will be made. The amount of such refund will be at the sole discretion of Magnetize.

Fees

Magnetize reserves the right to charge a £25.00 fee for returned cheques as well as chargebacks. For international customers, if you are sending a cheque/money order the amount must be drawn in UK sterling.

Hosting Cancellations

Any requests for hosting cancellations must be received via email to support@wearewebdesigners.co.uk. You will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone are not accepted.

As payment for hosting services is made in advance, a refund of the remaining, pro rata balance is not given on cancellation.

Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically complete the cancellation process - your account may be past due or delinquent in which case the balance must be settled before cancellation of an account can be possible. Domain name transfers, non-usage, Internic problems, ISP problems, or any other secondary issues not directly related to Magnetize's services do not qualify an account for cancellation. Clients should make sure that they receive a cancellation confirmation from Magnetize, indicating the closure of a domain and/or an account has been completed.

Incorrect Goods

It is your responsibility to notify Magnetize of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
